At Torngat Treasures, each item is handmade or carefully curated in small batches. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or incorrect ordering.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Final Sale Items

All products are final sale, including but not limited to:

  • Handmade jewelry
  • Sealskin items and accessories
  • Natural skincare and body care products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Limited edition or seasonal collections


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and fulfilling orders correctly. However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

If approved, we may offer:

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
